At 916 Auto Media, our services are based on time, labor, content creation, and digital optimization. Because our work cannot be “returned” once delivered, this refund policy ensures fairness for both Client and Service Provider.
The 30-Day Pilot Program is completely free.
No charges are made during the trial.
No refunds apply because no payment is made during this period.
All monthly service fees are non-refundable due to the nature of digital services, including but not limited to:
Once work for the month has begun, refunds are not available.
Any prepaid packages or multi-month agreements are also non-refundable, even if the Client chooses to stop services early.
Unused time is not eligible for refunds because resources and scheduling are allocated in advance.
Clients may cancel future services at any time with written notice.
Cancellation will stop future billing, but will not refund previously paid months.
Work already performed cannot be undone or returned.
If a Client is unhappy with delivered work, 916 Auto Media will:
We aim for client satisfaction, but monetary refunds will not be issued.
Any chargebacks filed by a Client will be contested with evidence of work delivered, signed agreements, communication logs, and content produced.
